Violin, Piano, Guitar Instructor Positions opens

Kennedy Piano Studio is located 5 minutes walk from Kennedy Subway station and studio services a diverse  community of Scarborough West.

Applicants must have some knowledge of music pedagogy; curricular approaches to teaching music and a strong desire to help music students of varying ages and ability levels succeed as student musicians.

Music Instructor Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive music instruction to students of various ages

• Be on time to scheduled lessons, be helpful, be patient and friendly

• Be enthusiastic, prompt, pro-active and communicate with school Directors as required

Teaching Requirements:

• Have a B.A. or B.M. in music or to be close to its completion.

• Have the ability to teach beginner through intermediate-level students

• Have at least two years of music teaching experience

• Possess excellent communication skills
